Figuring out what to do for exercise once you find out you’re pregnant can be overwhelming. There is so much information out there that it can be difficult to know what you can and should do. You’re constantly wondering what’s safe for the baby and for you, what you can and can’t do and if you should run or not.
I’ve tried so many apps and I would try it for a week then forget about it. It’s so important to find something that is engaging and keeps you interested during this important life-changing journey. You’re creating an environment for baby to grow and this is the very first habitat for your little bundle of joy. It all counts.
Before you start any regimen, talk to your doctor about it. My doctor told me that I can continue my normal workout regimen from before pregnancy into my pregnancy. The body is already used to that routine so don’t worry about stressing yourself.
